Anne fronts the Marketing Science Centre's Service &
Relationship Quality and Satisfaction research stream, as
well as inputting into the brand image research area. Having
over 10 years research experience, she has worked across a
wide range of industries,including Government.
Anne has particular expertise in shopper observation
research.
Anne is published in respected, referred international
journals including the the International Journal of Research
in Marketing and the European Journal of Marketing.
